FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Shopping in L.A.P is easy as 1,2,3...

 

  • Using the CLOTHING, L.A.P CAPSULE and ACCESSORIES links and get what you loves. 

  • Once you have found an item, choose it and click on the 'ADD TO CART' button on the product page.

  • Review the items in your shopping cart by clicking the 'MY CART' link at the right top of the page, or 'MY CART' link. 

  • Click on 'PROCEED TO PURCHASE' once complete your order.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
 

All the invoicing will be processed through PayPal’s payment service, allowing us to accept most major credit cards from around the world. However, we do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers. Please note that items will not be shipped until the transaction has been cleared.

RETURNING GOOD POLICY

 

All clothing Items should be returned new, unused, and with all L.A.P garment tags still attached within 5 days from the day of purchase. Accessories and leggings/tights is non-refundable nor exchangeable due to hygienic purposes.  

Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. 

Please email sales@lapkl.com if any of your purchases have been delivered without L.A.P tags.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on L.A.P. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
 

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and information on the carrier. To check the status of the shipment, please visit www.poslaju.com.my and enter the tracking number provided.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST AND HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE TO MY DOORSTEP?

CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED? 

 

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details.

However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

CAN THE ITEM SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY?

 

We are currently shipped domestically in Malaysia (West & East) and limited ASEAN countries ONLY.
